One of the most important things to remember is that a higher-level snake can eat you. If you and another snake are the same levels, you will both die unless you have a power-up that makes you temporarily invincible or weakens the enemy snake.
In this game, your snake will move forward on its own, and you can't stop it. You can, however, turn to the left and right to loop back or avoid other snakes by pressing the A and S keys. The W key is used to use power-ups.
